Associations are non-profit groups of natural or legal persons who commit to pooling resources, knowledge and work with the aim to reach a common or individual target. Such targets should be specified on the statutes.
Some organizational models, due to their origin, non-profit nature, collaborative management system or resource minimization, can be highly convenient for its members. As a step prior to and less costly than setting up a limited company, there is the option of creating a partnership, which allows partners to continue operating as freelancers and to engage in the management of a common good.
This model similar is quite similar to regular partnership, although in limited partnership its members contribute goods, money or work to intervene on the business flow and obtain profits.
Cooperatives are the integration of natural or legal persons with the aim to maintain or improve existing job positions within an organization by jointly managing asset or service delivery.
